Mr. Ng represents clients in complex commercial disputes and related negotiations and investigations. He joined O’Brien LLP in February 2017, where he has represented investors, hedge funds, financial institutions, and individuals in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.
Prior to joining O’Brien LLP, Mr. Ng practiced with a litigation boutique specializing in shareholder class actions and derivative actions. During law school, he interned with the City of Newark Law Department (Civil Litigation Division), and with the New York City Law Department (Appeals Division). Mr. Ng also had judicial internships with the New York City Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings and Judge Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
