Ms. Condro has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts, in arbitration proceedings, and in white collar defense and investigations. She has worked with a variety of clients, including large and small corporations, firms, and individuals across a variety of industries, including the healthcare, financial, and oil and gas sectors.          

 

Prior to joining O’Brien LLP, Ms. Condro was with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP where she practiced complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. Prior to that she was with Bracewell LLP where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation and white collar investigations.

 

While in law school, Ms. Condro completed externships with the Honorable Wendy L. Shoob of the Fulton County Superior Court and with the Georgia Innocence Project. She also worked as a student attorney in the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic. She received a Pro Bono Publico Award for her commitment to pro bono work.

Representations

    • Represented a clothing manufacturer in an international arbitration proceeding, successfully defending against a $50 million breach of contract claim.
    • Represented foreign individuals in New York State Court in an action for fraud and unjust enrichment involving the transfer of foreign assets, resulting in the dismissal of all claims at the motion to dismiss stage.
    • Represented public benefit corporation in a multi-million dollar complex personal injury litigation involving hundreds of plaintiffs in the Southern District of New York, resulting in the dismissal of all claims on a motion for summary judgment.
    • Represented a pharmaceutical company in a consolidated securities and class action litigation in Delaware Chancery Court.
    • Represented an investment advisor in connection with an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding wrap fee accounts.
    • Represented an investment manager and associated investment fund in an action involving breach of an investment agreement in New York State Court.
